David was a pleasure and complete relief to work with. I was in the disadvantaged position of having to sell my AZ property from out of state. Additionally, the property needed a face lift which required multiple sub-contractors to finish. All to say, it wasn’t an easy selling environment by a long shot. David was the utmost of professional, very quick to respond and took on the responsibilities of coordinating the needed sub-contractor work, in addition to his typical responsibilities. He truly provided incredible peace of mind and his work output was exceptional (chose professional and qualified sub-contractors and sold my property quickly)!
